Lyon County Library Foundation

The Lyon County Library Foundation is a non-profit organization that was established in 2017. Its mission is to support the Lyon County Library System and to help all county library branches meet their needs. Our goal is to obtain the resources required to help the library system inform, educate, inspire and entertain Lyon County citizens. A five-member Board of Directors is elected and directors serve an initial term in 2017 of one, two or three years with subsequent terms of three years. The Board of Directors meet once a month. Meetings are open to the public and dates and times are posted in each library branch.
